We are contracting reliable Labor Helpers for residential and small/medium commercial construction projects. This is a 1099 contractor role with weekly payouts and steady project availability. Travel required to and from job sites.

Contract Work Include:

Residential and Commercial Roof repairs. Removing debris & cleanup.

Loading/unloading materials. General jobsite support. Assisting with basic repairs and other duties that include paint, drywall and related duties. Working directly with Operations Lead Manager.

Contractor Requirements:

Must have own transportation. Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. Dependable and on time. Willing to work indoors and outdoors. Travel to and from job sites.

Previous construction or labor experience is helpful, but not required — we offer hands-on training for the right candidate..

Contract Rate: $15 per hour

Description:
We are seeking experienced roofing contractors who can perform residential and commercial roofing work, highly skilled, knowledgeable, and independent enough to manage and complete complex residential and commercial projects largely on their own. This is a 1099 contractor role with weekly payouts and steady project availability. Travel required to and from job sites.

Contract Work Includes:

Residential roof repairs. Residential re-roofs. Commercial roofing repairs, Waterproofing, underlayment, flashing.

Diagnosing leak sources. Working directly with Operations Lead Manager.

Contractor Requirements:

Minimum 5 years roofing experience

Must have tools & transportation

Must understand roof systems (shingle, metal, flat). Ability to work safely and independently. Must meet deadlines and quality standards. Maintain high-quality workmanship.

Contract Rate: $20 - $25
